Terms & Conditions

The eFTI Developer Portal (the “Developer Portal”) service (the “Service”), maintained by Fintraffic Traffic Management Company Fintraffic Oy (“Fintraffic”), is intended for testing interoperability between the eFTI platform and the eFTI gateway. The Service is available online at https://efti.fintraffic.fi/.

1. Scope of use, applicability of the Terms of Use, and parties

The Service provides functionalities for integrating with the eFTI platform and for carrying out the testing arrangement.

Fintraffic reserves the right to restrict a user’s rights in the Service.

2. Responsibilities for using the Service

Each user is responsible for ensuring that they are aware of the instructions, terms, and requirements related to use. The user of the Service is responsible for any telecommunications costs incurred from using the Service, as well as for the functioning of their devices and software.

Fintraffic is responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of the Service, as well as user support. Use of the Service itself is free of charge.

3. Limitations of liability

Fintraffic is not liable for any costs or damages incurred by the user. Fintraffic is liable only for the functioning of the Service.

4. Registration for the Service

Use of the Service does not require registration.

5. Adding and testing the eFTI platform

In the eFTI Developer Portal service, the Guide section provides step-by-step instructions for integrating the eFTI platform. By following the instructions, it is possible to complete the connection setup successfully and with approval. For testing purposes, the user will be provided with a test data set to go through the testing process.

6. Changes to the Service and its functionalities

Fintraffic has the right to change the content and operation of the Service and these general terms of use, if the changes are necessary for developing the Service or for another acceptable reason.

7. Test results

Following successful testing, the user will be provided with further instructions by email for connecting to the eFTI gateway.

9. Validity

These terms are valid until further notice. Fintraffic reserves the right to make changes to these terms of use. Changes will be announced in the Service.
